Hey guys,

So I finally got the Destruction ritual done today, so im loving lightning storm, blizzard... no... but fire storm? How do I get in a good position to use it? So I tried sneaking and using slow time and... I've been sneaking in plain sight to the middle of groups of Foresworn and bandits ( Silver hand, was doing companions) and with slow time on the eye only manages to open to 'theyre looking for something' while im standing in their plain view in a well lit up area... and then boom! I drop da nuke...

I have't been able to do this as much without slowtime on so im wondering if they're reactions are also affected by slow time.

It might be useful to go invisible+sneak, as you stay invisible until the casting animation is done and the spell casts.
The Silent Casting perk would be necessary too.

Also, wouldn't blizzard be better with slow time. I heard the dps isn't slowed even though everyone is.
