I have pre-ordered from Steam. Now I got an confirmation email where I found ordered item to be:

Fallout: New Vegas (RU)

Does this mean it will be in Russian ????

Russian is not an official language in my country - and unfortunately I can't speak it at all - so this seems really annoying. When pre-ordering there was any possibility to select language.

I'm not so familiar with Steam - so is there an possibility to select language when installing - and if not - is there an possibility to withdraw already paid pre-order ?

Try asking Steam.

After Googling it, I found that It should be possible to change language by going to library - right click - select properties ...
However at least now "properties" are not present - but that might be because it is not yet released here... so keeping my fingers crossed ....
