Steam vs Disk

Soon i will be building my new PC and embarking on my journey into Skyrim, (can't wait) and by soon i mean tomorrow :banana: does it matter what version i go for, physical vs digital ? or are they both identical, sorry but i have been out of the PC loop for a few years, and now its time to get my HD freak on :bunny:

I think you get a map or something with the disk.

It's more of a collectors item than anything else, also, if you have a steam account, skyrim will automatically download to that steam account, so you have it in both places

Both are identical in terms of content. The steam version has 2 bonuses, 1 being that it is ridiculously cheap at the moment, and the other being the steam workshops incredibly easy mod finding and installation.

Of course, with digital vendors, you can have problems, such as access to your games being denied to you for one reason or another, but as far as I am aware steam is exemplary in this regard (origin is one I hear is bad).
