Anyone else experiencing this?

I finally found a tutorial on http://grotto.moddersrealm.com/index.php?topic=12723.0 and the creation kit won't run I get the message "This game is currently not available please try again at another time" . . . . Skyrim itself will run but not the creation kit.

I hadn't updated in some time and tried to run the creation kit first. I then updated skyrim and tried again . . . been trying for an hour, was wondering if it's just me . . .

Try restarting Steam? If not, delete the CK's local content and reinstall it?

Before you try reinstalling the Creation Kit entirely, go into its properties in Steam and, under "Local Content" select "Verify Integrity of Local Tool Cache". That will make sure all required files are present in their correct form.

hah. Restarting Steam didn't work but deleting one of the local files triggered it to reinstall, which did work. Thanks.
