Steam not updating my game

I was NOT in the beta program, current game rev is 1.3.1.0 (I think,- I know the 1.3 part is correct)

Steam is set to "Always keep this game up to date" in the Properties menu for Skyrim

SO what now??

I've logged out and re-started Steam twice

I hadn't truned on my computer till after the patch had been released

Verify the files and try again.
