It appears the quest Still in the Dark for the Brotherhood of Steel is bugged. I have all three holotapes, but can't give them to Hardin, but I can give them to the Elder.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently you have to turn them into the Elder first. Mods can delete this thread.
