Hello. I recently killed a 'Peddler' for his horse. And, though it won't leave me, and it aids me through combat, everytime i mount it i steal it. Will this damn animal ever consider me it's owner?

No, and in fact don't let a guard or someone see you get on the horse, even if you owned it for hundreds of years, they will somehow know you are "stealing" it. But riding past them on it will be OK.

I like this horse, and i would hate to get imprisoned for stealing my "friend". Heading off to the Wilderness to eliminate this wile beast.
