So... my husband just started playing through as an Imperial. I've done the MQ and most side quests with him watching but not the Civil War line, so he's pretty much avoiding everything but the Civil War. He just joined the Imperials and was suprised that even as an Imperial soldier you apparently can't sleep in a bed or store anything in Castle Dour. Imperials take care of their own... except for your character apparently who has to go stay at an inn or buy a house.

Am I missing something? Is there some secret place the player is allowed to sleep? Or do the Imperials really, really mean it when they call you "auxilliary"?

Not in Dour I think but when he starts taking over the Forts he can sleep anywhere in them.
