I have a question about the NCR CF. I'd like it to be under the NCR control, but I can't talk with Eddie because I'm not friendly with Powder Gangers.
Is there any other way to capture NCR CF after killing Eddie/without talking with him?

About all you can do now really.
Not very much loot in there that isnt red so...be careful with karma.
