The only one I know is number 8, but number 6 is driving me nuts. I have heard that before, but where?

This is gonna be a tough round, but I might be able to squeeze a couple of right guesses out of it. I need some time to think before submitting my answer though.

Most of these sounded familiar, but I only recognized one...

I'm terrible with vocal pieces. I usually just find them distracting. I know 4 and I'm pretty sure I have the right game for 9(gonna pull it out and confirm). But vocal tracks are almost always forgettable for me if it's mainly chanting.

I think I should know 7, 8, and 10 but I'm not really sure where.

A music round again? Yep. I have no idea what any of these are from.

Seeing as I have absolutely no idea about a single one of these... I concede defeat and move on to concentrating on kicking Sivartus's ass!

Now's my chance to catch up!

Music. :cryvaultboy:

I don't know a single one. As a matter of fact, they sound like they are all sung by the same person, and could all be in the same game. I'm going to make some random guesses just to try and salvage something here.

How I love the smell of your tears...

Next round, however, will be a mixed picture/written answer round, so do not despair! And if you do, put it on youtube so I can laugh evilly at your anguish!

I sadly picked one game for every one of the answers, and it turned out to be none of them.

Finally, a picture/written answer one. That's more like it. :goodjob:

Are you associated with Atlus?

Anyway...just how many were able to get question #4 in the last round?

Just remembered to check out the last round's answers. The only one I would've got is Bioshock... but I'm still kind of irritated that I missed it.

I like this round! I think I got a few of these, and the ones I don't know I'm pretty sure I've never heard before, so nothing's going to keep me thinking "Argh, I should know this!" until the end like last time. Though I just threw in a guess for one, and a few others I wasn't exactly sure which game in the series.

Are you associated with Atlus?

That and #6 were the only two I got from that round. (Was halfway there on #9; played the game but couldn't remember the character name in time).

Had no idea on 4 last round. I've never actually owned a PS2. Just borrowed my dad's for a while. I guessed 9's game right, but half points don't count.

I got half of it because I recognized the art style and the characters, but I didn't know their names.

Hey here's an idea for a quiz; Why don't you put together an hour of buzzing and ask us to identify the 10 drone bands playing. <_<

No, but what their games did to me, I do to you!

More than I expected, around 4 or 5, actually.

I got half of it because I recognized the art style
Heh, yeah, the Suikoden games sure are pretty :/

Hey, here's an idea; realize I'm just one guy working with the tools at his disposal and that I can't possibly create videos with 100% crisp-clear sound quality because I'm not a professional audio editor. Here's another idea; the music's perfectly identifiable, so dry your tears.

Number 10 is killing me, I know I've heard that one before, problem is that I probably heard it in a video-review and I have no clue for what game.
I think I know 2 this round and made guesses on 3 more, for the rest I'm not even going to pretend like I know what to answer. I'd just end up embarrassing myself (again).

Well, for what it's worth, the next round will be substantially easier.

This round closes in 12 hours!

Oh man I don't think I'll be able to name any. I might have to skip this round or pull out some random names and hope for the best. :ermm:

Don't normally go in this thread, not certain why I did, but anyway:

In one of your earlier posts, you noted how it sounded better before uploading it to youtube. You could just host the sound file on something like dropbox or mediafire and share it that way, that way you can avoid the sound quality being trashed through youtube's transcoding...

I think I kind of shot myself in the foot with this round, between being relatively game-knowledgeable and ominous chanting being my favorite music. I've heard so much of this kind of music that the majority ends up being from games I haven't played. I recognize it all, but it's just a fog of names and songs I can't pair together...in the end I can only answer one of them with confidence. There goes my lead, boo.
