There were no problems with the graphics before I installed and played Mass Effect 3. Once I finished Mass Effect 3 and came back to Skyrim, I started having these strange graphics issues. It's all blocky and pixelated like a satellite TV signal in the rain. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers for my video card (XFX Radeon HD 6870) and I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Skyrim and Steam to no avail. It only happens in game and in the first tab menu, when you hit tab and it gives you the option to select magic, map, items, etc. All other menus and loading screens are fine. I have windows 7 64 bit. Intel core i5 CPU. 8 GB RAM. Anyone know what's going on with this and how to fix it? I would post screenshots but it says I don't have permission to post links.

Latest AMD drivers are screwed, uninstall and download the 12.1 preview and it will be fixed.
