Is this song not used for some odd reason?

I don't recall hearing it ever in my last playthrough, so not sure if it's used. It is a pretty iconic piece of music from FO2 however, I wouldn't be surprised if this was one they held back for that reason. Then again, there are still plenty of areas I still haven't been to.

It's sung by The Lonesome Drifter in the Aces Theater in the Tops, once you've completed the Talent Pool quest. He has three songs he plays randomly: Streets of New Reno, Home On The Wastes, and New Vegas Valley.
