Alright, I've just finished the main New Vegas campaign (I know I'm late) for the first time, and I think that this mod is really a missing feature. All of this time I've been hearing about The Strip, the last part of real civilization, but when I got there, I found 4 empty casinos and a few NCR troopers wondering the streets. WTF?! I think that every casino should be filled with people, the streets roaming with drunk tourists, and every hotel room taken - it's Vegas! I'm not saying to make every NPC unique, just random people wondering with no dialog passed the default one whatsoever.

Now, please don't tell me "if you want a mod this big you make it", because I have no time to do such thing (once again, only now have I finished the main campaign).
