I successfully finished the fly away mission in the hopes that Vargas would give me info on the man in the suit. I went and told him the ghouls were gone... and nothing. No information given and I have no dialog options to ask for it. What am I missing?

What man in the suit were you looking for info on? I think he's bugged, if you talk to him before you go to the observation deck, he asks to join you but then dialogue ends abruptly. If you go back after the quest, he doesn't say anything. I don't think you can recruit him at the moment.

I got the info from him without doing the mission, i asked him the first time, if your speech is high enough you can jus straight up ask him
