i am stuck in the casino of the sierra madre i cant find how to turn on the power and every door i go to is locked i went on the rafters and went into the cashiers office and found the key to that door but idk what to do next i dont see anything that will turn on power all the holo guards are killed.

In the corner opposite the cashier's office is a utility closet. Face the cashier's office, do a 180, walk to the small hallway. The closet is in there.

yes but i cant hack the computer to open it bc i have level 74 computer skill and i need 75 and i don't know where a key is i have been at this for hours and cant figure it out

There Is a computer that opens the door to the electrical closet.I think its in the security office.Have to keepre-routing holograms patrol patterns to get by them.

Are you at TEN on Intelligence? If not, do you have any mentats (or can you buy one from vending machine) to raise Intelligence in order to get one more point for science? I don't use any of the alcohol in game (useless) so not sure if one of them raises Intelligents either.Think they reduce it.

Isn't there a password for that computer on one of the bar tops?

Think so,but found password after I returned to sierra madre after leaving vault.(main quest)So wasn't sure what computer it was for.

I think it's hard to describe what to do, so you might try looking at a walkthrough on Youtube.
