I can't do anything. I activated the Scyre and it closed up and... nothing... What do I do?!

This is for the Untold Legends book right?
There are like 3 or 4 Scyres you have to activate, each one opens another door.
Don't forget to search all rooms in that area for pods that have great books and some loot.
