Spoliers, so if you havent gotten to Caesars Tent avert your eyes


I was doing the quest where you need to hop on the fairy boat to take you to the fort to get back the platinum chip from Benny, and Cottoncove sais (Neutral) on my Pip-Boy 3000, so i head over there and im instantly killed (Lvl 11). Then i get some faction armor and manage to get on the boat and to the Fort. So i head over to Caesars ten and little do i know theres a dog inside the tent that sniffs me out, so i flee in terror from the 300,000 legendary legion guys that are trying to kill me for being a fake. My settings before i entered the tent were that whenever I enter a location it saves it for me......so i only have 1 save and its me getting killed instantly.....I want to know if theres any hope for me other than starting a new game (Which i dont want to do cause i have like 40,000 caps and like atleast 10.5 hours put into that save.) Ive tried running for my life using like 30 stimpaks, and doctor bags and i just cant make it all the way back to the door.....AND little did i mention i ran back behind the tent hoping for some cover to become hidden again so i went inside some weather station and theres my save with like 3 miles to run with 300,000 guys with automatic weapons shooting at me....


Has anyone had a problem like this? Can i fix this or am i forced to start a whole new game save again?

sorry but you learned the hard way that you need to make multiple saves. this kind of thing can happen a lot. i guess you could try to run away and hopefully survive but i doubt it.
