I'm having a sudden issue come up that pretty much wont allow me to play the game anymore... I've played at least 30 hours or so now and the game has not once had this problem until just today...

It started in Whiterun. I had just made a bunch of Iron daggers and was taking them up to Dragonsreach to enchant them for lvling. I entered the building and did my stuff. Then i went to exit the building and loading screen comes up like normal. Music playing, the tips were there, game items on the screen, mist moving around etc. Just like normal... Now here's my problem... The loading screen just stays there. The game never loads. I tried reloading and again can't exit Dragonsreach. I tried at least 5 times and gave up and loaded a previous save from about 10 min before the issues occured. I thought maybe it was a corruption or some sort.. Nope. Still wouldn't let me leave Dragonsreach after going up and going inside just to test. It lets me enter no problem, just not exit without the loading screen issue. I am able to load the savegame from inside Dragonsreach, but then i can't exit it. One time i was able to go up to the jarls quarters and exit through to top exit. But it happened again the next time i went inside.

So, I figured it was some glitch with Dragonsreach in particular. Because I could enter and exit shops, my house etc all fine. Then I fast traveled to a cave to enchant some stuff. Went in, enchanted, came out. all fine. After wandering around the wilderness killing wolves for petty souls, I went back to the cave to enchant again. This time, again, got stuck upon trying to leave the cave, on the loading screen again. I went to another cave as well to get some witches heads for one of the companions quests. Entered the cave fine. Did the whole quest. But when i exited the cave, loading screen forever once again. I tried going back in doing the quest again and exiting again. Nope, still stuck on loading screen......

This seems to me to be relatively unique as i couldn't find anyone else having this problem on random loading screens for exiting an area. It doesn't seem to happen when i try to enter these places, only when i try to leave. So, effectively, i keep getting "trapped" somewhere, and the only way to leave is to force close the game and load a save outside the area. But this is pointless because when i try playing it just keeps happening. So i cant do any quests, or anything really that requires me to initiate a loading screen.

It's important to note that this does not seem to be any kind of save game corruption issue. Although sometimes the game does the same thing upon first entering and loading a save game, it barely has ever happened while the above mentioned issue has plagued me tonight to the point i cant really play the game. It doesn't always happen either. I was able to play for an hour or so normally entering/exiting places, then suddenly boom, it happens. I was even able to load one of these points and exit out of an alternative door a couple times, but this barely ever works.

Anyone else with this issue?

My computer speccs are irrelevant as this is obviously not a hardware issue.... I'm running Windows 7 64bit with a computer well qualified to run Skyrim. And this issue just suddenly started happening. Please help!

Try it again and when the loading screen occurs, wait (make yourself a tea or some cookies and watch some tv).

I forgot to mention... When bringing up my windows task manager it shows that Skyrim is "not responding". So this issue is a crash of some sort, it just only happens on these particular loading screens. Rest of game runs perfectly fine.
