so i am stuck in the fort under the weather station with the platinum chip and mr house is on the screen downstairs. their are a million robots trying to kill me and i cant shut them off. what the hell do i do? i can not leave either i am stuck in because of Caesar. any advice on what to do? also, i havnt figured out how to recruit people to follow you around, how is that done?

I killed the guys in the bunker above (watch out they have ballistic fists), but on their armour, walked outside and fast traveled away.

You can leave they just hold your stuff when your in the camp head back to the guy that takes you to cottonwood cove. He'll give you your stuff back although Ceasar keeps the chip unless you put it in the machine
