Stuff to eat while playing Skyrim

Post » Sun Oct 16, 2011 10:51 pm

The last time I tried eating while playing an Elder Scrolls game, I ended up dumping a bowl of Rice Chex in my lap. I sat down what I thought was a paused game to take a bite. I was in a dark cave with no night eye, and got attacked from behind by a Troll. In a panic, the bowl was upset into my lap. So yeah... No food while playing anymore.

Frozen pizza and coke for me.

I prefer to cook the pizza first.

Depends on my bloodsugar. And what time of day it is. Otherwise, certain foods interact negatively with meds.
A handful of mixed nuts. An apple. A cup of hot tea. Whole wheat crackers and cheese. Celery, apple, pecan and rasin salad. If I really want to be bad, and can afford the calories and sugars: a baked potato with broccoli and sharp cheddar cheese. Or, carrot slices with a little dish of homemade green onion, garlic, pepper, and sour cream dip.

If I do eat while playing Skyrim, I'll probably eat toast and/or fruit.

Why in your right mind would you eat GRASS?! :yucky:

It helps to digest the babies, of coarse.

I'm rather disappoint that you of all people didn't continue the root vegetable theme. :(

I'm trying extremely hard to understand that picture and what it means in the context of Pringles, but my mind just cannot wrap around it. :sadvaultboy:

cheetos, because that cannot possibly have any negative impact on your $$$ pc that can max out SK's video settings.

in all seriousness, i try not to eat while playin games, idk that i ever do. but i would go with beef jerky because its one of my most favourite things and is relatively mess free.

Pizzas and pop is the food of gaming champions.

This.

I'd say Chicken parm (because Skyrim is actually worthy enough to have me cook a full meal, but I doubt I'll be willing to take the time to cook it when it comes out.)

Also: anything with caffeine. I'm waking up early, by my standards, just for Skyrim so I need something to keep me awake.

I usually don't eat anything when playing games. Gets the controller messy, greasy or stops me from playing games.

Yeah same here. Kind of takes away from the experience too.
