I ended up making a mistake and ruining my rep with the NCR.I intended to side with them since before I got the game.Now heres the bug....I loaded a save and still had bad rep with them somehow.I loaded every earlier save I had, which all should have me as loved by the NCR and they still attack me.I did quests to try boosting the rep back up...and every time I do it drops right down again...in every save I have, even ones from 20 hours ago.

I am not wearing faction armor.When I put NCR gear on it doesnt make a difference.The rep always drops to "wild child".Naturally im furious, so does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Exit the game and restart it. Your faction rep may have "carried over" between saves if the game didn't fully unload the previous save before loading the new one.

If that doesn't work... well, there's always console commands. If you don't have a PC, then you need to restart...

I tried that and it didnt work.I really dont think theres anything that can be done at this stage.Ill quit the game and play black ops until its gotten the patches it needs.Hopefully I wont need to restart the game.I made it 103 hours in and this is the first game breaking bug I ran into, apart from the corrupted save problem.Anyway enjoy the game and thank you.
