Memory storage seems to be a consistent problem that they can't seem to solve and even my 360 copy is begining to experiece some issues because of the size of my save but something I've noticed, the game doesn't delete things just like Oblivion didnt'. I dropped a piece of armor in Whiterun Dragons Keep, months later (in game) I come back and it is still there. Huh, no biggy it'll be gone eventually but no it isn't. In the Ratway there are two dead bodies still there that I killed months ago in game and probably real life too come to think about it for both occasions and they are still there.
It seems to me that like Oblivion maybe the game's saves would be smaller if bodies and useless dropped items actually disapeared and were removed from the game.
Another observation is the under use of Speech. Several quest lines could have used it to avoid the outcome. The obvious choice of an example is the Civil War where you invade Whiterun. After all the things me and the Jarl went through, how I was his Thane, how we caught the dragon, got a peace treaty signed so he wouldn't be invaded, how I helped his son. Neither the option to talk him into joining the side I had chosen or the common sense of well my thane and dragonborn slayer of Alduin, ransacker of bandits, listener of the dark brotherhood, Arch mage, Champion Leader, friend thinks these guys are okay so I'll have to join them. The game litterally didn't consider a single lick of history with him nor did it use speech so it just came out to be incredibly stupid (not to use an insult but yeah it is stupid). Things such as that should be improved.
