Suggestions for general GameplayImmersion improvements.

I'm not sure if there's already a topic like this one (and if there is, please let me know so I can post there), but if there isn't one, here goes:

This is for discussing general gameplay improvements, things that annoy you and that you feel break the immersion.

So, without further ado, here are my first concerns. (Mind you, these are NOT bugs, just gameplay annoyances etc.) I'll also write how I think it could most easily be fixed.

1 - When walking down the street, I feel it's pretty illogical that every single person walking past me feel the need to tell me their life's story... over and over. The fix for this is, to me at least, extremely simple: simple make it so that the "introduction" dialogue only activates when one places the cursor over the NPC. It would bring a much greater sense of immersion to the world.

2 - Again, not sure how difficult this would be to code, etc. but here it is: make it so that certain apparel items can be put in different "states". For example: I love the Nightingale armor, I think it's fricking badass, but sometimes I think to myself that I would like to see my character's face without completely removing the hood, just remove the "plate" in front of the face. I reckon a simple button press on the inventory menu would do for the function.

I'm in a bit of a rush right now, but that's all I could think of off the top of my head. Here's hoping for a response.
