I'm not sure if this is a bug or if my memory fails me, but I keep an extensive list of all locations I've visited and all quests I've completed.
However yesterday I was at the Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ and it had robots on patrol and the quests were not listed on my pipboy. Also,
I kept all the deputy stars I found and they were all gone as well.

Now, does anyone know if things like this happen? Because I checked them all off on my list and find it hard to believe I didn't do them,
but maybe my memory failed me and it was in the previous playthrough.
