Working on a stagger effect currently, and I am wondering if there is a way to stagger an actor no matter what the actor is doing currently. I send animation events to "AttackState to RecoilState", "AttackStop", "BashStop", "BowEnd", and "StaggerStart", but it always seems like the enemy can resist stagger once in a while. I also cannot cause the enemy to stagger once he is already staggered. Is there a surefire way to cause a stagger?
