So it's the end of January and still no 1.4 patch or Creation Kit.
Maybe it will get release "sometime in February"??
Oh wait, why not keep leading us on until the end of 2012?

The failure of a promised or hoped for patch seems self explanatory- it didn't get done. There was more to do than they imagined.

Even the 11/11/11 seemed totally bogus.. But hey! they kept that date despite how early they said it. (granted it cost them...) but o well.
