Please can you help!

I have the following spec of a laptop:-
HP ENVY 17 Notebook
Inter® Core™ i7 CPU Q720 @ 1.60Ghz
RAM 4.00GB
64-bit Op System

Ideally I would prefer to run it on this machine, but given the spec above, woudl I be better off going with the xbox version?
