I don't know why,but ive always loved Tactical things,like men using hand signals and using teamwork to take down a clearly larger force.I did like Enclave commander,but for some reason,ive always wanted something less.....enclave,i mean like,Plasma and Fireballs are cool and all,but i mean like,i just sit back and watch them do the work,Maybe someone do something like that,but making the Vertibird drop ship as a Black Hawk and the men having Dragonskin armor and Service Rifles.And the airstrike options are done by Cobra's and A-10s.And maybe have regular NPCs like NCR using tactics,instead of like just standing there firing blankly.

On the Fallout nexus page for http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1410 in the faq it says to change Weapons/ Armor You have to change the soldeiers inventory in the GECK. Which I dont think should be too hard even without knowledge of the GECK. My knowledge is limited in iteself but seems more tahn enough to move a few items around and such.
