Is there any way to change tagged skills once you've started the game? I neglected (out of ignorance ) and they are not ascribed to the skills I would have preferred. thanks.

if your on a PC yes , but console i dont think so .

If you haven't left Goodsprings yet, the first time you get far enough away a warning pops up allowing you to redo whatever you like about your character. Name, appearance, SPECIAL and tag skills. Once you have gone past that though, everything is locked in.

It really isn't that big a deal though, if you have already gone through that. Tag skills are just 15 point bonuses to three skills when starting. They really don't have an affect once you are out of Goodsprings and start levelling up, you can put skill points wherever you like.

Unless he tagged Barter - in which case his character is lost.
