Does this damned misc quest ever go away from the list? I don't want to talk to the damned leaders for any more work. And it being on the list all the time is annoying.
Is there any way to remove this with console commands? Im on the PC.

Nope, it sure doesn't. This is part of the radient quest system. This way the game never ends.
