they say that the new DLC stuff is gona have a lot of "meat" in them... does that mean we gona get the whole tamriel?

has anyone seen anything about the DLC?

Nobody knows what the DLC are going to contain or when they are going to come out or even if there is going to be more than one.

By meat I understand content, story, dialogue. Lengthy questline. Shivering Isles had good meat on it.

I want horses that are slower and harder to control. Oblivion's spinning persuasion wheel would be nice too.
