Just wondering on what stats/skills/traits i would need as a walking tank class with useing guns.

also how important is intellect and is 3 charisma enough?

I would recommend tagging Guns Melee and Medicine
You can get those skills as high as you want with 3 INT
1 Charisma would be more than enough since it's not going to alter your weapon effectiveness. You might want to put points into Charisma if you plan on taking companions out to kick ass while you soak up damage.
