OK so I was doing the quest "tending the flames" about 10 minutes ago and all was well, i picked up king olafs verse and went back to the sealed door...now that is when the glitch happened. the ghost was just laughing and laughing but not opening the door. since there is no way out but through the sealed door i figured he was laughing because i was trapped and i couldn't hurt him because he was a ghost....sneaky pig . i even tryed reading the verse myself and instead got one of the automatic saves you get every now and then anyway i had to load the auto save from where i first entered the dungeon in attempt to fix it. instead skyrim chose to take forever to load so i restarted my console. after clicking continue i realised that the auto save from earlier would load. it loaded and the ghost went and unlocked the door...so there you go. i have a ps3 and dont know if it happens on other consoles. all you have to do is save then reload to fix this. hope this was helpful

P.S: sorry its long i just thought it would help a bit more if i explained the whole situation.
