I was playing skyrim and when i was doing the "tending the flames" quest and once i got to the puzzle door, i checked my ruby claw for the code to the puzzle door and when i want to change the rings none of them will move. All three rings are stuck on the dragon symbol and there is no other exit from the temple. I dont have any saves from before the temple and i dont want to start a new file.

You have not a single other save?

This is a known glitch with xbox, sometimes you can save and reload at that door and it will fix it.
