Terangreal (Rings and Amulets)

Is there any way to make rings and amulets that would make existing spells do more damage by percentages (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, etc.)?

I'm wanting to make some that will increase magicka by certain percentages, damage by certain percentages, and increase whatever magic type by a certain percentage.

Can this be done in the CK?

It can be done with the CK. You just need to change the enchantment on the rings to DestructionPowerMod or something similar. My mod (in my sig) replaces spell cost reduction enchantments with spell damage increase enchantments.

This one might be way out there but is there a way to make a static object such as a globe glow/radiate while you have a specific ring/amulet equipped?

My idea is to have a statue that would glow while I'm wearing a specific ring/amulet and it would be a focus point of power allowing the character to tap into more power for spells. Obviously the scripting on the ring/amulet would be causing the changes in power but it would look great to have something outside the character glowing to mimic it being a focus point.

It is possible yes. Just enable a light if the player is withing a certain distance of the object in question, and also has the ring on.
