According to Dagoth Ur, certain territories were stolen from the ancient Chimer, and retaking this lost territory was a part of his goals with Ashkulakhan. Now obviously there's going to be some debate as to the authenticity of the claims, but what I'm wondering is, in Dagoth Ur's views, what constitutes territory that "once belonged" to the Dunmer that now belongs to the Nords?
