Please show me the way, how to activate the "shout"..

Because...

i've slay many dragons and absorb dragon soul, but the SHOUT still not active..

until now, active "SHOUT" that i have only from graybeard & pathurnax..

It would help if we knew what platform you're playing on. To 'activate' a shout it has to be unlocked first. You unlock the shouts by spending the dragon souls you've absorbed. Go in the menu under Magic-Shouts, and spend a soul to the unlock the shout(s) you want.

You also have to read word walls if you want new shouts. You don't get new shouts by absorbing dragon souls.

Also the longer you hold the shout button down effects the power of the shout. I say this as there are missions that require full on shouts and if you only hit the button rather than hold it down they won't work.

When in Magic menu navigate to shout section
to unlock the shouts - Press R on keyboard

to use shouts in combat select shout from the menu then press Z on keyboard the longer you will hold Z button stronger will be the shout provided you have unlocked all 3 parts of that shout
