My first play of Brink was fine.

Now I notice some text is not displaying properly that was OK a day ago.

Most obvious is the letter "X" in the revive window. This is now a box of random pixels.

Also some digits are messed up when counting the xp after a map, most notable the number "3".

Anyone else seen this?

ATI 5870

Yes, this is new since http://store.steampowered.com/news/?feed=steam_updates&appids=22350 through Steam. I and a friend see this as well (I'm running an HD4870, he's on ATI also), but I no longer have the "gridding" and I'm confident they'll get this and the other performance issues cleared up over the next week or two, so I'm not too concerned.

No more gridding, but I have this text glitching as well. Oh and, NO CROSSFIRE SUPPORT = WTF?!

Ahh so it was due to a patch then...

I was thinking something had changed.
