I roleplay a female Thalmor also. You should check out the Temple of Talos in Windhelm.... plenty of Talos worshippers to be brought to justice. Good times :D
Also, if you're wearing Thalmor robes, you should use magic and a dagger as your weapons, since that is pretty standard for the Thalmor mages. There's also a console command that will add you to the Thalmor faction and make all the Thalmor like you. I don't know it from memory but I could look it up for you, if you like.
Also, have you done Ondolemar's quest yet?
If you're Altmer and wear hooded Thalmor robes during the quest "diplomatic immunity" the Thalmor will call you "Justiciar" and think you're one of them. You'll get extra dialog options. Pretty fun.

Amulet of Akatosh,

Marry a High elf, although It will have to be lisbian relationship. I think there is only one High Elf you can marry and she is a female.

Urinate on all Talos Shrine & don't do any quest related to Talos or his relics, and you should be fine.

Do something to Heimsker

Do the Thalmor quest in Markath, sadly Bethesda haven't given us a chance to play the baddies.
When it boils down to it the Thalmor aren't a whole lot different to the Telvanni.

A bit of in-character stuff: "Thalmor can detain anyone and it's technically legal under empire law, everyone who opposes this is just stupid, killing them is a favor to the world."

Never, ever, EVER, progress on the main quest.

Talos was known to be a Dragonborn.
To become one like him would make you impure in the eyes of the Thalmor.

...Not that there's anything wrong with trying to emulate mighty Talos! :)

Nah, there was Saint Alessia before him. Although you will have to fight the Thalmors sooner or later in the MQ.

Should i not join the college of winterhold either then since thalmor are the major enemy in it? Or can I join and just not do the quest line, I plan on using elven weapons and destruction magic so I will need some place for magic training.

There is specific Thalmor classes in game. Thalmor archer, warrior, mage. The classes are listed on uesp and can serve as a model. After all, if anything, theyre very strict and using non-thalmor friendly skills wouldnt make you much of one

I think you can, I don't think killing him has any consequences.

All spells besides master ones are available outside the college. College has all magic types traders in one place, which is slightly convinient than traveling between Jarl Mages.

I get what you're saying, but the purpose of the MQ is to save Skyrim from the imminent dragon threat.
Would a true Thalmor to that?

It wouldn't make sense tho because he's there gathering information for the thalmor and he's trying to take the eye of magnus's power for the thalmor, so roleplay wise, not much sense.

Well, no faction does. You can always assume that You're not a regular Thalmor. Although I seriously think there is more for a High Elf to play as a Psijic.

I'm sorry, what? The only two factions who inherently support the eventual destruction of the world are the Greybeards and the Thalmor.

Just think of him as ignorant & careless Altmer that deserves no place within the ranks of the AD ruling faction.

How would I be a psjiic? They don't have as attractive robes and I play console. And there was no female ones.
