Misc quest log says that I've helped 2/3 people in Falkreath when, in fact, I've helped 3 - one of them twice. There is no one left in Falkreath to help so this must be another bug. Also, Runil (I think that's his name, but I'm talking about the priest who looks after the Hall of the Dead in Falkreath) won't give me any quests.

I've got the same problem. Doing radiant quests, ie bounties, doesn't seem to help at all.

I have this problem too. I've been stuck on 2/3, doing bounties doesn't help, and Runil has never offered me a quest at all either.

This is definitely a bug then.
