I am doing a main quest, its part two of the main quest chain the first one - where you go to a part, distract the guards, slaughter some people... - ring any bells? - I am wondering, as when I go through kitchen of said party to a chest where my stuff is stored and I then enter the back rooms where two gaurds, two mages attack me - (there all high elves) - Every one, including me, uses magic - except I get wiped every single time.

I am level 8 with a specialty in Destruction Magic and Conjuration. Minor Healing is also included. I can never seem to make it past these people.

Yes i know what you are talking about but there is a spoiler section on the forum for this type of think. I am not sure of the lv requirement for the quest but i can tell you re not a high enough level.

It might be easier to post this in the Spoilers/Help/Hints forum (the one below General Discussion) - saves you having to skirt around the issues so much.

You're probably better off just levelling up till above level 10 then you should have a chance, otherwise your only wasting your time

Im not looking for spoilers, hints or cheats just what a recomended level for this quest is, and since I am not high enough, what level do you suggest?
