99 hours in and skyrim still keeping me interested pretty amazeing it took me 90 hours before i saw my first afflicted guy pukeing green stuff all over the place pretty cool anyone else seen them and wondering can you become afflicted i read on wiki is a quest for them but i just randomly ran into them

I guess it's a deadric quest. I came across those guys as well, but couldn't get inside the cave they were in.

They're followers of Peryite from what i've heard... I wish you could get the puke power

They are a part of Peryite's quest, and after finishing it you can run into "Afflicted Remnants" as a random encounter.

They chase me since I completed the quest.
