Seems like the past few Elder Scrolls games had some really annoying Bosmers that, for the majority, ended up on the wrong side of a sword. Morrowind had Fargoth & Gaenor. Oblivion had The Adoring Fan & Maglir. Anyone find a Bosmer yet that deserves an axe to the face?

Though not a Bosmer, Cicero (imperial) rates a good cuffing about the ears.

Nothing wrong with Belethor, I think.
And many NPCs happen to share his voice. Including the leader of the Bard's College, for some reason.
He frequently utters that line about him and I being the only two around here who aren't idiots. I guess he has a low opinion of his students.

honestly if you listen, 99% of the npcs in the game seem to be voiced by a group of about 4 people total. like te guy who did mercer frey is nearly eeeeeeeveryone.
