So I have heard that something said in the game (I don't know if it was in the DLC or Vanilla game.) referring to The Courier and someone else under The Flag of the Old World (The flag ulysess wears on his back.) at the Great Divide (The Grand Canyon.), So what do you think will happen? A potential sequel (Which would mean making one of the ending of F:NV Canon.) or a DLC..

It's almost definite that it'll be a DLC. Considering, when you hear about it at the end of Dead Money, you complete a challenge that talks about your, "Future travels".

DLC is imminent, that's my opinion.

And I think that the DLC's will all give backstory to Ulysses, with the final DLC being the one were we actually meet him.
Whether he's a villain, ally, companion or quest giver, it's inevitable that we will meet him or at least see his corpse.
I just hope that he has his own unique hair like he does on the caravan deck.

Probably, I'll PM a mod to move it, But I kind of think he MAY be a Companion for a while, but suddenly turn against you IF you make a wrong choice..
I hope he actually has a different voice actor instead of the recycled voice actor that sounds like a 21 year old who's drunk.

I looked at the GECK and I saw that the graffiti about the Divide is called "No 6" and I also wanted to see the Honest Hearts graffiti that people are talking about and its a mix of the Burning Man and New Canaan

Honest Hearts DLC (What we may know so far...):

Joshua Graham survived and is in it.
New Canaan and Ringo will be in it. (Ringo if you side with Goodsprings at least.)
We get to see CL Cities.
Mormons.

So Joshua Graham was supposed to refuse going to New Canaan if you went there in Van Buren. I wonder how he is going to fit if he doesn't want to go to where the DLC is set.

If he went in there he was supposed to slaughter everyone in New Canaan (Thats what I got out of the design documents anyways.) and he was also to be the starting companion, and the thoughest too.

But things change.

If he pledged allegiance to the Legion after that I would be genuinely surprised.

If we consider that the battle of the divide is one of the future dlcs, then the fact that mentions of the big Empty also seem to be part of the challenge could mean that we might end up exploring that area either during or in one of the DLCs before the one where we do the Battle of the Divide.

My only problem with all of this was the implication that the Courier and Ulysses had some sort of history and that the later was looking to avenge some great wrong visited upon him by the former. When did this great injustice occur? There's supposed to be some sort of history between the two, but there's not the slightest hint that the Courier did anything noteworthy before getting shot in the head by Benny. One of the dlc is going to state "Oh, by the way, before Benny shot you, you knew this guy Ulysses. He was your friend but now he wants to kill you."

Linking all of the FNV dlc in a grand narrative is a great idea. Pinning it on some massive retcon? Not so much.
