The battle of whiterun vs the battle of Bruma.

Now I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread but which battle do you personally find more epic. I personally find WHierun to be better (though not perfect) due to having more NPC's then the 12 soldiers pitted agains a deadric horde in Bruma. Your opinions?

They..aren't really comparable. One was a group of soldiers fighting daedra coming from a gate outside of Bruma, one was a town getting invaded by an army.

Overall, I enjoyed the battle of Whiterun more. But I have to say the march out of Bruma, with all the citizens cheering the soldiers on, was one of the most memorable moments I've experienced in the main quest of any Elder Scrolls game.

I agree on that. What would made Whiterun cooler was if the stormcloaks actually march in formation to the city but I guess that was probably a problem for beth.

You think the stormcloaks are smart enough to figure out how Formations work? :lmao:

Well many of them including Ulfric were former imperial soldiers. And since the legion is based on the Roman legion I am sure Ulfric know a thing or two about formations...

The battle of Whiterun was realistic. There were loads of Stormcloaks vs. Imperials. From what I remember the battle of Bruma was the defending of Bruma from an oblivion portal opening up outside of the city walls. I remember right before the battle for Bruma quest I was all excited. Then I get there and there's like 5 soldiers against 5 daedra.

This. I guess that the battle of whiterun was probably a test for more epicer (made it up) battles for future Elder scrolls games.
