The Bethesda SoftWorks "Corrupt a Wish" thread.

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 11:07 pm

While I was on the WoW forums once upon a time ago, I loved participating in a forum game called "Corrupt a Wish."

For anyone that knows how to play the game, just skip to the next wish in the thread.

For anyone that has never played Corrupt a Wish before:
RULES:
1. You MUST corrupt the previous wish before submitting your own. Failing to do so warrants in your wish being skipped.
2. ALWAYS adhere to the forum rules. I could care less if the joke could bring world peace, if it breaks a forum rule, I don't want it on this thread.
3. Even though this is already a forum rule, it must be stated separately: NO TABOO SUBJECT MATTER. If you feel the need to twist the wish into something that is in poor taste, I will ask a mod to remove it. If the offending comment is just plain nasty or directly goes against a rule of this forum, I'll direct you in advance to /b/.
4. Even though this is usually played on a forum specific to a game, the community discussion forum allows us to expand the scope of what everyone's wish can contain. This is why I stated Rule 3. HOWEVER, do not feel inclined to stay away from anything relating to a gamesas game that you like playing/ anxious to play. In fact, those wishes will have the highest chance to be corrupted into something hilarious.

HOW TO PLAY
The OP will come up with the first wish, who will be the only one that doesn't have to corrupt a wish in the first place (however, they should demonstrate how to play this game in every OP, so a two wishes should be generated and one corrupted).

Afterwards someone will corrupt the wish of the last person to post a corrupted result and a wish, then that person will submit their own wish.

Check back often to see if there are any awesome wishes potential for corrupting and any awesome corruptions!

ALSO: Keep this thread a secret from Todd, he'd probably try to implement this stuff.

DEMONSTRATION:
I wish spears will be in Skyrim.

Granted. Brittany Spears is now a character in Skyrim.

Starting wish:

Since Fallout 4 will most likely use the new engine Skyrim features, I wish dual-wielding one-handed pistols and sub-machine guns are available in Fallout 4.
