Alright, problem here.

I am currently at The Fort, on my way to make use of the Platinum Chip. I want New Vegas to be Independent, or settle with the NCR taking control. But I don't want Caeser or Mr. House controlling the place. What do I do once im inside? Im not sure if I destroy the place or turn on the Securitrons.

If I turn on the Securitrons, does House win immediately or do I still have time to kill the bastard? If I don't destroy the bunker, will the Legion notice this?

Talk to Yes Man at the Strip. He will give a short set of missions to do with leads up you disabling or killing Mr. House and taking control of the Securitron Army if you improve them. I would advise on improving them for the coming battle.

think that the sound the new securitron army makes while activating itself is actually the sound of the bunker being destroyed.

Nope, they are totally convinced you did what they asked, no matter what your choice.

Rather then spam another thread, i'll just ask here.

I did as you guys told me to, Yes Man knows about the robot army and Dr. House (teehee) is dead. On Yes Man's quest, one of the factions he wants me to meet with is the Brotherhood of Steel. I insta-travel to Hidden Valley during a sandstorm and nothing is around me, the quest marker isn't pointing me in any direction. I stumble around with my Gobi for awhile and 4 dudes in Power Armor appear in VATS. All of them are hostile, I try to come clean but they shoot me on site.

How am I supposed to contact the freaking super troopers? I could always try blowing them up with the Fat Man/Tesla-Beaton, but I don't think they would respond well to that.

They shouldn't be immediately hostile, unless there's a bug. Are you sure you didn't shoot first?

At any rate, there are two bunkers (if I recall correctly) in Hidden Valley. The marker won't point you directly to one, it's up to you to find them. One contains the BoS base, and one is empty until a certain other quest comes along.

My first encounter with BoS at Hidden Valley was also hostile. It does not affect their disposition once you enter the bunker.

I think there are three bunkers. To find the right one. Fast travel in. The rock in front of you is a hollow rock with goodies inside. Walk past the rock brushing it with your right shoulder. The bunker will be directly in front of you under a mound that has a tree stump on top.

First post, I read that this topic should be in the "spoiler" section. I have managed to stay away from the w/t, but I am a little tired of the redos and would like to wind up at least one scenario. I think everyone is OK, and this on topic...

I want to take out Mr. House, long story short - I was in the bunker at Caesar's Fort, talked to House but didn't go along. I think I told him that I would think about it... I definitely did not explicitly accept or decline. The House Always Wins II activated, but l hacked the terminals and put the chip in control room and started the upgrade.

Am I still good, just take out Mr. House and the Securitron army is at my command???

I could go back some saves and tell Mr. House in the Bunker "No way" or I can skip talking to him altogether, but I would just like to know if I am cool to proceed.
