I need a Jeweled Candlestick from Heimskr's house in Winterun to complete the quest The burglary job, but i belive his house is destroyed after the Stormcloaks took it over.
Is there some quest i need to do to restore the damage done in winterun first or is it just impossible to complete after the battle

PS: Loading back is not a option since i will loose 17 levels if i do...

You could go back to Vex and tell her you don't want to do the job anymore. Then you can just choose the burglary(or someother option) job again. The target for the job is randomly generated.

if its totaly random generated i guess there is no problem
