The Cliff Racers in Skyrim. Would you like that?

Post » Wed Jun 20, 2012 3:31 pm

So i just rememeberd of our dam friends of Morrowind. They awere sooooooo annyone but soooo annyone that killed our Dragons friends in Morrowind as well drived Nevarine to insanity.

Anyway there are tons of possiblitiies to those guys came back, or imigrate to Skyrim. With the eruption of Red Mountain they could move to Skyrim, or they could be added with the Creation kit, a DLC., whatever. Anyway would you think of bringing those guys back and fighting them as Dovakhiin? Would you kill yourself? Would you love? Would you hunt them down to the extinction? Would it be more easy because of the Thu'um? I would certanly love to kill them again...

Forget what i've said, they are everywhere. Akatosh help us all! Save the chikens!

I'd pray for the incarnation of Saint Jiub to appear and kill them all... By Azura, I would pray so much you'd think the stop sneak button has broken off.

They just can't die. Blame Aldos Othran the Deadric Lord of the Cliff Racers!

If they return I'll think I'll just blame all of Skyrim and I seriously would hunt everything and everyone down until the Cliff racers have no choice but to leave because there is no more food.

Why blame Skyrim? Blame the Dunmer to not hold the line. They are a plague, no one can kill them not even the Tyrandis no one!

LOL, i think a thunderstorm can get the rid of them.

Cliffracers are a divergent species of neotonic dragons afflicted by the ash of Red Mountain for countless millennia. These undeveloped embryonic creatures developed a piranha-like pack mentality to survive; this violent behavior, along with the blighted corruption of the advltdragon nesting grounds, forced the wyrms out of Morrowind.

An they are a problem to the cities? Must hold the line. Morrowind should be on quarentine. Those guys are the Flood (Halo) of the TES series. They are just too anyoning. You can't even travel with those guys after you. Thanks for the information.

Never again ... then again the main problem was their over population... in the case of cliff racers less will forever be more.
I would like to see a return of other morrowind creatures like the wonged twilight and the creepers though

Before, I thought no, after seeing that, I think, yes.

I didn`t mind clif racers that much, it was just their terrible mechanic and the fact they never had the fear of death.

The horror! Those pesky suicidal creatures were so annoying.. That'll be one mod I'll never ever use.

Cliff Racers were unique to Morrowind, and they should stay there imho. Though I'm sure there will be mods that let us go to Morrowind, in that case there should be Cliff Races there.
And plenty shrines to Saint Jiub where you can go pray for their removal. :ermm:

What is the reasoning that they should be in Skyrim? That they were a well-remembered item from a previous game? Not good enough reasoning.

Well if you want an acceptable in game reason.. where they lived was destroyed by a volcano just recently and maybe they migrated to Skyrim for survival reasons like food... they do border each other so it would seem reasonably possible

Many real-world creatures die when their natural habitat is destroyed. They don't just pack up and find new jobs in another land. :)

What you're citing is an excellent reason they might not be found in great numbers in Morrowind, but it doesn't explain why they would migrate to Skyrim, expcially since it isn't established that Cliffracers ever migrated to Skyrim before.

blanket statement has little coverage. Cliffracers were not a MQ plot element
