Before all has left and I stay here alone, I would like to say this to the community, developer and to the Publisher.
Brink was released in North America on May 10, in Australia on May 12, in Europe on May 13 and in Japan on June 16, 2011.
So this game is still quite ”new” even this game is already sale at many places.
Agents of Change was released on 3 August 2011 for the Xbox and 4 August 2011 for the PlayStation 3.
(Wiki didn't say anything about PC so didn't thay release this for PC?)
So it took less than two months at Japan and less than three months at America, Australia and Europe. This could mean that next DLC comes out November(?). Well we can hope so and it would be good evidence that Splash Damage is still intrested about Brink I think, otherwise if this was all what we can get, then thay left it half way.
There is still many gray areas in the map of Ark what means that there is still lots of potential subjects for DLCs.
I have to admit that I haven't try Brink online game yet but I have played Security campaing one time without that AoC DLC and I liked. I'm waiting at the moment that I can start to play Recistance campaing with my three friends becouse campaing is quite hard to play with only those AI mates.
I have always played campaing before I was going to online and I'm going to do that now too. I really hope that I'm not coming too late to play online (PS3) and everyone has left already.
Brink community is quite friendly compared to Battlefield community for example.
This might be little pit quiet but still more mature than Battlefield community.
Only positive thing at EAs BF forum is that Admins are little pit more active than what we have here. I haven't read all posts from this forum but I have positive experience about it.
I really hope that Splash Damage and Bethesda Softworks is little pit more active for this community here in this forum and gives us more often answers to our questions (about that Clan Recruitment section @ battle.brinkthegame.com example), more comments to our astonishments (like have thay abandoned Brink already example) and tells us where the game is going (is there new DLCs coming), etc or are their all intrests focused 100% to their upcoming projects.
Now that BF3 is almost like all other FPS games, Brink with Operation Flashpoint in consoles is those few different FPS games in the market. Bf3 has vehicles what makes it different to others but Brink is I guess one of the most team based FPS game on the console market at the moment.
It would be really sad if team based FPS games are extinction genre of games.
(I'm sorry about my bad english and I hope that my points did came out. These were only my opinions. Information about release dates etc. was taken from wikipedia so there can be mistakes.)
